Welcome to unique Paella experience

Born and raised in Barcelona the taste of authentic paella runs in my veins. Growing up, I learned the  techniques and traditions of paella-making from my grandfather, a true paella master from Valencia, the birthplace of this iconic dish.

When I reclocated to Zurich with my family I decided to share this tradition with the city and it's people. Ever since I have cooked for intimate private events and big venues and enjoyed every Paella just as much as my guests.
